Power lists (that populate themselves!) with Smartsheet
I’m really looking forward to using Smartsheet regularly. Imagine MS Project, but without that crazy thing where duration suddenly turns into 8.221 days for a 20 day task; I’ve been on MS Project courses a few times and the Effort/Work/Duration triangle of confusion gets me every time.
Enter Smartsheet, and a list with dates in it, that creates Gantt charts. That you can share, online. And see when someone else is looking at it (in real time). It’s super powerful – there is an introductory video on their homepage you need to watch.
